JosAna Havens Care Services provides expert quality support and accommodation for adults aged 18+. Our supported living services deliver innovative and person-centred care enabling people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and complex behaviours to live as independently as possible within their homes and communities.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Mensah brings 20 years of healthcare leadership and a doctorate in social care policy. She founded JosAna Havens Care with a vision to transform care in the community.

Director of Care Services

Kwame is a registered nurse with 15 years of specialist experience in learning disability and autism care. He oversees clinical quality across all our services.

Head of Positive Behaviour

A Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Ama leads our PBS team and has published research on supporting adults with complex behaviours in community settings.
